The Global Produce & Floral Show returns to Orlando October 14–16, 2026, and for the first time it runs Wednesday through Friday. That schedule compresses final graphic approvals, shipping coordination, and on-site fixes into a shorter weekday window.
Why graphics matter at this show
More than 20,000 buyers, suppliers, retailers, and produce and floral professionals attend, with 1,000+ exhibitors and representation from 70+ countries. The audience includes grocery and retail buyers, foodservice leaders, wholesalers, distributors, grower-shippers, floral buyers, logistics providers, technology companies, and international suppliers.
On a show floor this large, your graphics need to work from a distance and up close. They should make your company name, product category, geographic reach, and buyer benefit clear within seconds.
The most effective exhibit graphics do not try to say everything. They establish a simple hierarchy: brand, category, proof, and action.

The 2026 show format shifts major activity earlier in the week. That makes pre-show production discipline more important, especially for exhibitors traveling from outside Florida.
Venue: Orange County Convention Center, West Halls A–C, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

Your core brand, product category, and hero proof points should be readable before traffic builds.
Backup files and a reprint plan help protect the final day when replacement options are limited.
Send final files before show week, approve printed proofs quickly, and package graphics by location so your team can identify every piece during setup.
Graphics production scope
We focus on large-format printed graphics and the production details that make those graphics fit, travel, and present correctly.
Silicone-edge fabric panels produced to supplied frame profiles and finished sizes.
Large-format brand environments for exhibit walls, counters, and presentation areas.
Portable supporting messages for entrances, meetings, demonstrations, and lead capture.
Printed fabric and graphic skins prepared to the specified hanging-sign structure.
Temporary floor decals for directional, campaign, and branded messaging where venue rules allow.
Printed boards and panels for counters, kiosks, menu-style information, and promotional displays.
Cutting, sewing, edging, labeling, packing, and organized multi-piece graphics kits.
Color-managed reprints and emergency graphics production when files and materials are ready.
Artwork preparation
Large-format graphics should be built to the exact size, material, and finishing method. Before you send artwork, confirm the finished graphic dimensions, frame profile, bleed, seam placement, visible area, and orientation.
Review SEG fabric graphicsColor, proofing, and finishing
Your booth may combine fabric, vinyl, rigid panels, translucent media, and mounted prints. Each material reflects light differently, so brand colours can shift from one surface to another.
For the best result, provide brand standards early. We can build a proofing plan around your critical colors, final materials, and review timeline. If you have approved samples from a previous event, include those references.
Loading imageAluvision and beMatrix compatibility
Many exhibitors use Aluvision, beMatrix, and other modular frame systems. We can produce graphics for those systems, including SEG panels and printed infills, when we receive the exact frame profile and final graphic dimensions.
Do not rely on nominal booth size alone. A 10×20 booth can contain several different graphic dimensions depending on the frame, extrusion, corner detail, and seam layout.
If your exhibit provider gives you a graphic template, send it before design begins. If you only have the frame model, send the manufacturer name, system type, and visible opening dimensions so we can review the production brief.
Rush and reprint support
Show-week changes happen. A product name changes, a sponsor logo is added, a panel is damaged in transit, or a colour issue appears after installation.
Factory of Graphics offers rush and reprint production for exhibitors who need replacement graphics during the Global Produce & Floral Show, subject to file readiness, material availability, finishing requirements, and the current production queue.
Typical rush requests include replacement SEG panels, corrected rigid boards, new sponsor graphics, directional signs, counter graphics, and banners.
