File Preparation
Can I use my Canva design?
Absolutely. Download your Canva design as a high-resolution PDF with crop marks and bleed, and set it up at the correct final size before creating.
What file types do you accept?
We work with print-ready PDFs, AI, EPS, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEGs. PDF is preferred when images are embedded and fonts are outlined.
CMYK or RGB?
Use CMYK for print projects to help achieve accurate colors. RGB screens and printed output may not match.
What resolution works for large-format printing?
For large-format work, 150 dpi at final size works well. Smaller graphics or posters should generally be supplied at 300 dpi.
How do I handle bleeds and margins?
Add 0.125 inch of bleed on all sides and keep important elements at least 0.25 inch from the edge so they are not cut off during trimming.
Do I need to outline my fonts?
Yes. Convert text to outlines or paths before supplying final artwork. This prevents font-compatibility issues and helps text print as designed.
My file is not print-ready. Can you fix it?
Yes. File correction and preparation are available for a small fee. Send what you have and the team will advise on the best next step.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Send your Pantone (PMS) colors and we will match them as closely as possible. Material and printing process can create slight variations.
How do I avoid pixelated prints?
Start with high-resolution images and avoid enlarging small files. Designing at the correct final size from the beginning gives the strongest result.
Can you use my existing logo or graphics?
Yes, as long as they are high resolution or vector format. If you are unsure, send the files and the team can check them before production.
Do you offer Pantone color matching?
Yes. Pantone colors can be matched as closely as possible, though materials and ink types can introduce slight variation.
Do you offer design or layout assistance?
Yes. Basic design assistance and more involved graphic-design work are available. Share your rough idea or supplied assets and the team can scope the right level of support.
