Defined graphics. Planned updates. One coordinated production conversation.

Custom window and floor graphics for commercial spaces

Opening day is the beginning

Keep the message current without rebuilding the whole storefront.

A new special, a seasonal sale or a change in business hours needs a clear message. Factory Refresh brings those changes into a planned print program for retail stores, restaurants, gyms, salons and other commercial locations. Your permanent branding can stay in place while the agreed promotional graphics change.

The program connects your campaign calendar with approved artwork, known measurements and a defined production scope. It is designed for recurring needs, rather than a one-time wall mural or occasional emergency order. For an opening or a larger interior project, explore our business graphics packages, Orlando retail and restaurant graphics or office interior graphics.

Choose your rhythm

Three directions. One written scope.

These program options start the conversation. They are not preset inventories or unlimited-print memberships. We confirm what each update contains before you commit.

Seasonal Refresh

For one business with a changing seasonal message.

Plan four campaign updates across a year.
  • A calendar for your agreed seasonal promotions
  • A defined set of window, poster or display graphics per update
  • Adaptation of approved brand artwork within an agreed design allowance
  • Production specifications for your approved sizes and materials

Example: A restaurant rotates a spring special, summer catering promotion, autumn menu message and holiday hours.

Location Partner

For a location with regular promotions and replacement needs.

Plan a monthly campaign cadence.
  • A recurring production schedule and artwork deadlines
  • Saved approved artwork and location measurements for planned reorders
  • Defined print quantities and design/revision allowances
  • Replacement requests reviewed against the original job specifications

Example: A gym changes a monthly membership promotion while keeping its permanent logo and hours graphics in place.

Brand Rollout

For restaurants, retailers and other brands with several locations.

Coordinate a calendar across your location list.
  • One approved campaign master adapted to each agreed location
  • Location-specific sizes, quantities and surface requirements
  • Print kits labelled by destination with a packing list
  • Shipping or installation coordination defined for each location

Example: A restaurant group runs one promotion across several stores, with different window sizes and a shared changeover date.

Set up once. Change the message.

Reusable displays can make the next update simpler.

A compatible snap frame, fabric frame or interchangeable display may let you replace a promotional print while keeping the hardware. We review the location, viewing distance, hardware, safe handling and material requirements before recommending a setup. The first installation and hardware are quoted separately from ongoing replacement graphics.

Where the setup allows staff to change an insert safely, the program can focus on replacement printing and delivery. Adhesive graphics, high placements and specialist installations may still require qualified field labor. We confirm which approach fits each site.

From enquiry to the next campaign

How Factory Refresh works.

  1. Step 1

    Share your locations and calendar

Tell us where the graphics will go, how often the message changes and which dates matter. Include photos, approximate measurements, your logo files and any existing display hardware. A first conversation defines the application before we suggest a plan.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm surfaces and measurements

Glass, painted walls, floors and existing frames require different materials and preparation. Measurements supplied by your team must be checked before production; an on-site survey, where needed, is quoted separately. Property permissions and safe access also need to be confirmed.

  3. Step 3

    Approve the written program

Your quote identifies each location, product, material, finished size, quantity, campaign frequency, artwork allowance, revisions, delivery method and any field work. It also sets the payment schedule, agreement term, change procedure and cancellation conditions.

  4. Step 4

    Approve each campaign’s artwork

We prepare the agreed print layouts from your approved content. Check spelling, prices, dates, contact details and layout carefully. Production begins only after written artwork approval and the required payment arrangements. Late files or approvals may move the production date.

  5. Step 5

    Produce, finish and deliver

Approved graphics move through printing, finishing and packing. Each location receives the items in its scope. Shipping, collection or coordinated installation follows the written schedule; specialist labor and site access are confirmed before field work.

  6. Step 6

Review, replace and plan the next update

Confirm receipt and, where installation is included, the agreed completion documentation. Report an issue with the job reference and photos. Before the next cycle, confirm changed promotions, measurements, quantities or locations so the next order uses the correct specifications.

Know exactly what you are buying.

Your program quote defines

  • Named locations and approved measurements
  • Products, materials, finished sizes and quantities
  • Number and frequency of campaign updates
  • Artwork adaptation time and revision allowance
  • File deadlines, proof approvals and production windows
  • Packing, collection, shipping or installation responsibilities
  • Setup, hardware and recurring charges
  • Payment schedule, term, changes, pauses and cancellation conditions

Scope separately when needed

  • Original branding, photography and major redesign
  • Extra prints, revisions, sizes, locations or campaign cycles
  • Hardware, site surveys and first-time setup
  • Removal, repairs and surface preparation
  • Installation visits, lifts and specialty or after-hours access
  • Electrical signs, permitting or regulated signage requirements
  • Rush production, special packing and freight
  • Taxes and any separately quoted delivery charges

There is no universal monthly price because a poster kit and a full storefront change use different materials and labor. We first calculate the agreed work, then present setup charges and any recurring payment option. No payment starts from this enquiry form. You review the written quote and agreement before enrollment.

A campaign calendar your team can actually use.

For a seasonal program, map four approved updates to your business calendar. For a monthly program, agree a repeatable artwork submission and approval deadline. For several locations, decide whether all sites change together or require a staged rollout. Each delivery date depends on the agreed scope, file readiness, production capacity and site access.

Keep a simple record for every campaign: job reference, artwork version, location, finished dimensions, quantities, approval, destination and planned changeover date. To reorder, reference the earlier job and confirm whether anything changed. Reusing specifications still requires review; an old file should not silently carry an outdated price, promotion or measurement into a new print.

Recurring graphics program questions.

Is Factory Refresh a membership or a print subscription?

It is a scoped recurring graphics program. You choose a campaign rhythm and a defined production scope. Requesting a quote does not enroll you, start a subscription or charge your card. Your accepted written agreement controls the actual service and payment arrangements.

How much does a plan cost?

We quote the program from its actual materials, print area, quantities, design work, finishing, packing, shipping and installation needs. Initial setup and hardware are identified separately. A monthly payment option can be discussed, but frequency of payment does not mean unlimited monthly production.

What is included in an update?

Only the items listed in your program: for example, an agreed window promotion and display inserts at specified sizes and quantities. Different materials, extra locations, additional artwork or more graphics are reviewed and quoted as changes.

Can you install reusable frames and supply replacement prints?

We can review suitable snap frames, fabric frames or other interchangeable displays for your space. Hardware compatibility, initial installation and replacement dimensions must be confirmed. Hardware and setup are separately scoped; not every location or surface suits a self-change display.

Are design and revisions unlimited?

No. Your quote sets the artwork-adaptation allowance and number of revision rounds. Supply your brand files, approved copy and campaign assets. New branding, original illustration, photography, extensive redesign or additional revisions need a separate scope.

Is installation included every time?

Only when listed in the written scope. Installation, removal, surface preparation, repairs, lifts, specialist access and after-hours work are separately identified. Qualified third-party installers may be coordinated where appropriate.

Can several locations use one program?

Yes, a multi-location program can be quoted from a verified location list. Each site needs its own sizes, quantities, surfaces and delivery or installation details. Adding a location changes the scope rather than automatically extending a single-location plan.

What happens when our promotion changes at the last minute?

Contact us before approving production. We check capacity, file readiness and the work already completed. Rush work is subject to availability and a separate quote; a recurring plan does not guarantee same-day printing or installation.

What if we do not use an update?

The written agreement will define rescheduling, unused allowances, rollover and cancellation before enrollment. Do not assume a missed update creates a refund, credit or unlimited rollover. Tell us about a schedule change early so we can review it.

Can we cancel or pause the program?

Ask for the proposed term, notice period and pause/cancellation conditions in your quote. Those terms are agreed before enrollment. Approved work already in production, ordered hardware or committed field work may have separate obligations under the accepted agreement.

What if a graphic arrives damaged or does not fit?

Send the job reference, photos and a description promptly. We review the approved specifications, measurements, packing and delivery evidence to determine the next step. Replacement, correction or additional work is agreed from the cause and written scope.

Can you help us open first and refresh later?

Yes. Start with a Bronze, Silver or Gold business-opening scope, then plan the recurring promotional items separately. Permanent branding and reusable hardware can stay in place while approved campaign graphics change.

Plan your first refresh.

Share your location count, campaign frequency, photos and approximate sizes. We will review the production requirements and prepare a scoped proposal. This is an enquiry, not an online subscription checkout.
