Booth Graphics and Printing for SEMA Show 2026
SEMA Show 2026 runs November 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Factory of Graphics produces the high-impact SEG, rigid, hanging, floor, and vehicle graphics that help automotive brands communicate across a dense, visually competitive show campus.
A global automotive business stage
Make the brand readable before the product story gets detailed.
The latest completed show brought together 2,300 exhibiting brands and more than 150,000 participants from 140 countries. For 2026, official commitments already exceed 2,000 brands across more than one million net square feet.
That scale changes how exhibit graphics should work. Buyers, distributors, shop owners, media, content creators, builders, and product specialists need to identify your brand, market segment, proof point, and reason to stop within seconds.
Friday, November 6 includes public access under the current event format. Tuesday through Thursday remain focused on qualified industry participation, so graphics should support both technical buyer conversations and high-volume visual attention.

Build the message for your automotive market segment.
Current show sections span performance, restoration, restyling, collision, wheels, tires, tools, electronics, trucks, powersports, and business services. Your product category should be obvious from the aisle.

SEMA Show and AAPEX share the week—not the same campus.
Las Vegas Convention Center. Current show hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Tuesday–Thursday and 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Friday.
Venetian Expo and AAPEX Forum. An AAPEX attendee badge currently includes exhibit-floor access to both AAPEX and the SEMA Show.
Treat graphics kits, shipping labels, recipient details, and delivery instructions as venue-specific. Confirm every destination in the current exhibitor resources before release.
Graphics production scope
One coordinated visual system across fabric, rigid media, floors, signs, and vehicles.
Factory of Graphics focuses on the printed graphics and finishing details that make brand systems fit, travel, install, and reproduce consistently.
Loading imageSEG fabric graphics
Silicone-edge fabric panels produced to the supplied frame profile, orientation, and finished size.
Backwalls and murals
High-impact brand and product environments for long sightlines, demonstrations, and media capture.
Hanging-sign graphics
Printed skins and fabric graphics finished to the specifications of the approved overhead structure.
Floor graphics
Temporary directional and campaign graphics produced for approved surfaces and current venue rules.
Rigid panels
Printed PVC, ACM, acrylic, and other rigid media for counters, displays, product stories, and identification.
Vehicle graphics
Approved decals, identifiers, and display graphics produced from confirmed vehicle templates and measurements.
Finishing and kitting
Cutting, sewing, edging, labeling, packing, and organized multi-piece kits by booth location.
Rush replacements
Color-managed reprints when files, media, finishing, delivery access, and production capacity align.
Artwork requirements
Confirm production details before the file becomes a large-format output.
Final art should reflect the approved dimensions, media, finishing method, frame profile, viewing distance, seam plan, and installation context. One unresolved dimension can affect multiple graphics.
Review SEG fabric graphics- File formats
- Print-ready PDF is preferred. Packaged Adobe files may be accepted when linked assets and licensed fonts are included.
- Scale and dimensions
- Build to the approved production template and clearly state the artwork scale. Confirm final finished size before release.
- Bleed and safe area
- Use the supplied template. Add bleed and protect critical text or logos from seams, trims, frame edges, and hardware.
- Color
- Prepare production files in CMYK and supply Pantone or documented brand references for color-critical elements.
- Resolution
- Set effective resolution for the final output size and expected viewing distance; do not enlarge small raster art beyond practical limits.
- Fonts and links
- Outline fonts in final art or include licensed fonts with editable files. Package every linked image at sufficient effective resolution.
Aluvision and beMatrix compatibility
Produce to the actual frame profile—not the nominal footprint.
We can produce SEG and infill graphics for Aluvision, beMatrix, and other modular systems when the exact extrusion profile, visible opening, orientation, seam placement, and finished graphic size are supplied.
A nominal 20×20 footprint does not identify the dimensions of every wall, lightbox, counter, or tower. Send the approved manufacturer templates before design begins and keep revision names aligned with the physical frame labels.
Loading imageVehicle-integrated exhibit planning
Treat the vehicle, platform, and surrounding graphics as one measured composition.
Vehicle displays introduce sightline, access, safety, weight, and sequencing questions beyond the printed graphic itself.
Loading imageUse the current vehicle rules
Current booth-vehicle information addresses battery disconnection, alarms, fuel limits, filler-cap sealing, setbacks, line-of-sight, and show-hour restrictions. Confirm the final rules in the 2026 manual.
Measure the loaded environment
Confirm platform dimensions, load assumptions, turntable engineering, ramp geometry, approach angle, wheelbase, clearance, and graphic placement with the responsible exhibit and engineering teams.
Sequence move-in correctly
Current instructions require the booth to be completely set up, empty freight removed, and a clear aisle available before a Freeman representative assists the vehicle to the booth.
Factory of Graphics can produce approved vehicle graphics and surrounding exhibit graphics. We do not approve vehicles, engineer loaded platforms, spot vehicles, manage move-in, or perform show-appointed services.
Loading imageColor, proofs, finishing, and rush support
Control the variables before production—and keep a recovery file set ready.
Fabric, vinyl, rigid panels, floor media, and vehicle films reproduce color differently. Provide brand standards early and identify the colors that require material-specific approval.
When the schedule allows, use a printed proof on the intended material. Keep approved masters, flattened production PDFs, fonts, linked assets, templates, and revision notes together so a replacement can move quickly if artwork changes or a graphic is damaged.
Deadline checklist
Close the graphics brief before show-week pressure begins.
Use one shared checklist across marketing, product, exhibit, vehicle, and operations teams so every file maps to a physical location and approved final size.
- 01
Confirm the actual exhibit location, current show section, and final visible graphic areas.
- 02
Confirm each frame manufacturer, extrusion profile, orientation, and finished graphic size.
- 03
Approve the message hierarchy for long-range identification, product category, proof, and action.
- 04
Identify Pantone colors, approved material samples, and other critical brand references.
- 05
Separate vehicle-display approvals and show-appointed services from the graphics production scope.
- 06
Package master artwork, approved exports, fonts, links, templates, and a backup file set.
- 07
Provide shipping labels, recipient details, delivery destination, deadlines, and kit labels before release.

Frequently asked questions
Resolve graphics questions before final release.
These answers cover common production issues. Share your actual frames, vehicles, files, quantities, and destination for project-specific review.
Can you print SEG graphics for our existing frame system?
Yes, when you provide the frame manufacturer, extrusion profile, finished graphic dimensions, orientation, and any seam or corner requirements. We review those inputs before production so the silicone edge and finished size match the supplied system.
Can you print graphics compatible with Aluvision or beMatrix frames?
Yes. Send the exact system, profile, visible opening, finished graphic size, and approved production template. Nominal booth dimensions alone are not enough to determine finished SEG sizes.
Can you produce graphics for vehicles displayed in the booth?
We can produce approved vehicle graphics, decals, identification panels, and surrounding branded graphics. Vehicle eligibility, display approval, preparation, spotting, move-in, and fire-safety requirements must be confirmed through the current SEMA Exhibitor Service Manual and show-appointed providers.
Can you match brand colors across fabric, vinyl, and rigid panels?
We use supplied brand standards, color-managed production, and material-appropriate proofing to improve consistency. Because materials and lighting reproduce color differently, critical colors should be approved on the intended substrate whenever the schedule allows.
Can you produce rush replacement graphics during show week?
Often, yes, subject to file readiness, material availability, finishing requirements, delivery access, and the active production queue. Contact us as soon as a change or damage is discovered so we can confirm the fastest practical path.
Do you provide drayage, material handling, electrical, or vehicle spotting?
No. Factory of Graphics produces and ships printed graphics. Coordinate drayage, material handling, electrical service, vehicle spotting, and other show-appointed services through the current SEMA exhibitor resources, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Freeman, or the applicable authorized provider.
