Megan Bliss manages Factory of Graphics’ trade show exhibit house and contract business partnerships, while also leading creative marketing efforts and brand refinement initiatives. She plays a key behind-the-scenes role, ensuring client relationships, messaging, and marketing strategies are aligned, consistent, and built for growth. Outside of work, Megan loves staying active and relaxing by the pool.

With over 20 years in the large format printing industry, David brings unmatched expertise and precision to every project. He leads with focus and discipline—setting the standard on the floor and passing down his strong work ethic to the next generation, including his sons who are already mastering the machines under his guidance.

Cristine’s leadership shines through in her positivity, steady guidance, and incredible organization. She keeps the team motivated with her can-do attitude and leads by example—balancing structure with support to create a work environment where everyone can thrive. Her favorite season is summer, when she can unwind by the ocean, listening to music with the waves in the background.

David is a true jack-of-all-trades with a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on work. When he’s not working on cars like a seasoned mechanic, he’s fully committed in the shop—constantly on the move, lifting heavy, problem-solving, and making sure every task gets done right. You’ll often hear him before you see him—he’s also known for being a really good whistler.

Wilmer is a go-to on the floor—operating machines, making precision cuts, and climbing high for fitment checks. He brings focus and drive to everything he does, including his journey to become a certified personal trainer in the US.

Alejandra adds a creative spark to the team with her background in marketing and digital media. She’s focused, detail-oriented, and ensures every graphic is finished flawlessly. Outside of production, she’s the mastermind behind our TikTok content—camera in hand and edits on point.

Gisela is a key part of the team, known for her steady presence and strong work ethic. Her favorite part of the job is seeing her hard work come to life in the final product. Outside of the shop, you’ll find her enjoying a little retail therapy—her favorite way to unwind after a busy week.
